• $100 for a 30-minute telephone conference, paid at the time of the consult.
• We will do a conflict check and get attorney approval.
• If approved and no conflict, you will pay your retainer amount listed below. 

• All matters are billed at $200 per hour unless otherwise stated.
• The retainer is a deposit toward fees, not a flat fee.
• Bills must be paid monthly.
• If your balance exceeds the retainer, additional funds will be required.
• If your unpaid balance exceeds $500, your case will be frozen.
• If no payment plan is established or payment made within 30 days, we may withdraw from representation.
• Any remaining retainer balance after the case is closed will be returned to the client.

Fees are paid from the estate upon closing.
